Wow, it is quilt show time already, snuck up on us this year. Yes, the 12th annual Grand Rivers Quilt Show takes place this week, opening on April 21, the show runs through April 24. And of course the BIG quilt show is in Paducah, for many of the quilters it is THE event of the year. So, lots going on in the Western Kentucky area this weekend, beautiful Spring weather to enjoy as well.
Heard from the BOSS at SoCool Shop in Grand Rivers that she plans a huge sidewalk sale on Friday and Saturday, extended hours until 8PM on those days too. Lots of people look forward to Laurie's sidewalk sales, lots of good deals on clothing, jewelry and other stuff. So if you are in the area, stop by and catch the quilt shows, stop at the SoCool Shop too, the BEST source of Vera Bradley and Pandora Jewelry in the Midwest.
